Christmas Terms & Conditions

The Christmas Fayre Menus are available from 1st to 24th December, and a private room may be booked for your party of 10 to 26 people at no additional cost.

For party bookings a non-returnable deposit of £10.00 a head is required within 14 days of making the booking and full settlement of the account is required on the day of the event.

Final numbers must be notified one week prior to the event. We shall cater and charge for that number or the actual number attending, whichever is the greater. Late cancellations will entail a charge of £10.00 per head prior to the event and the full cost of the meal up to 24 hours before.

For Christmas Day bookings a non returnable 50% deposit is payable 14 days from the date of booking and full payment with a complete order of dishes is required no later than 14 days prior to dining.

To avoid disappointment, please contact us as early as possible to secure your reservation. Print out and return your booking form to help us ensure your party runs smoothly.
